Love this place sushi is very fresh service is great! They have a friendly staff! and it's one of the best asian restaurants around. I love the fact that they have a great sushi selection I have tried almost every sushi here and I love them all they are made with great presentation and the flavors are very harmonious. Their Chinese menu has also a wide variety of choices and it's not overwhelming ! You can also ask the waiters/ servers for advice on which to pick and I'm sure their choices will be what's their best sellers/ peoples favorites! Parking is easy which is a plus!

I have gone to this place more times than I can count. The service is awesome and the food is delicious! I always hold restaurants in high regard if the servers remember you, especially if you only go there to dine once or twice a month. I am a sushi lover and this establishment has some of the tastiest dishes I have ever tried. I usually get the Spicy Triple Roll (spicy salmon, tuna and yellow tail) but I have tried a couple specialty rolls, as well. I have never been disappointed by anything that I have ordered here and if you are ever in the area I suggest you check this place out!

Asian Taste is our "go-to" take-away Chinese restaurant. Our favorite item is the House Special Wonton Soup, which we order sans roast pork and with extra wontons. During the cold winter months, two orders of soup and an order of moo goo gai pan, and we are happy campers. The fried noodles here (the ones for dipping in mustard and plum sauce) actually stand out because they are freshly made. The restaurant is in a shopping center so it is devoid of any architectural wonder. The interior has both booths (always preferable) and tables. Because the restaurant is carpeted, it is relatively quiet and tablemates can comfortably converse. The owner is a doll. He greets us by name and is always smiling.

Solid 3 I would say I can only review the sushi, for that's all we got. -Service: is great, I honestly give them a 4.5 stars on this. The gentleman was extremely nice, not overbearing, very helpful and sweet. When we asked to box the rest of our sushi up, he asked if everything was alright in regards to taste, etc. That's unusual of a chinese restaurant. Thumbs up! - Food: meh. The sushi was honestly MEH. It was presented great though, it looked pretty. The fish was alright, definitely not the worst I've had. It's relatively " fresh". Other than that, I just have had way better for the same price.. so it's hard to give them more . I'd say they're at 2.5 on the food.. maybe a 3. The prices were $2.25 for miso soup and $12.95 for special rolls. They were fine.. it's just I really have had great sushi rolls for the same price. It's really close to my bf's house, and it reminds me of my dad's old restaurant in MD, so I might return to try their Americanized Chinese food, give that a go. Their service was good enough that I'd give em another shot

(3.50 stars) Asian Taste offers both Chinese food and sushi, which is often an indication that one (or both) don't receive the attention needed to pass the sniff test. The fish in their sushi is very fresh, but the sushi isn't assembled with a knowing hand and the rice is both stale and overcooked. These flaws don't render their sushi inedible, but certainly make it less enjoyable. A $13 all you can eat sushi lunch is an extraordinary value, if you can get past the quirks of their sushi "chef." Asian Taste is far more successful serving a wide-ranging menu of well-prepared classic Chinese dishes. Here the chef shows a masterful grasp of ingredients and techniques, and an integrity toward authentic Chinese fare. There isn't huge creativity in the menu selections, but with the commitment to "real deal" Chinese cuisine, that isn't a bad thing. Service is good . . . not great.

My wife and I are self proclaimed foodies who love small mom and pop style places. We started out our night (for my birthday dinner) by driving to a Japanese buffet in Norristown, however the power was out and the place was closed, so we drove back to our area and hit up Asian Taste Inn for a second visit. Wow! First off, it's a byob but that's, ok there is a Wine and Spirits in the shopping center, so some Saki for me and Zin for the wife and we were ready to go. This place has great food. Comp pot of tea, fried wonton, and pickled cabage with sauces. The waiter was super cool, but he was totally americanized, maybe born here. we started with the Szechwan dumplings with a spicy peanut sauce... unreal. We both got sushi. I ordered theDungeoness Tempora crab roll and it was perfect. The wife had the Dragon Roll, which came with eel, cucumber, and avoacado. It was pretty good, might have even been better without the avacado. Like most small Asain places, they sort of lose you at the dessert/check payment time, but the experience was still awesome. plus $20 for drinks and $50 for food = a cheap dinner. So if your in the area, give it a try. Chinese/ Japanese fusion and sushi.

Shortly after we moved into Huntingdon Valley, we got a flyer announcing the opening of a restaurant in the Justa Farm shopping center. Asian Taste is a quaint restaurant near the Sears end of an outdoor mall center, with very good food which has ties to the Imperial Inn in downtown Philadelphia. Since we started to go there, they have expanded their menu with Japanese and Chinese specials which make for a very good meal outside of Chinatown. Favorites are the all you can eat sushi, the General Tso Chicken, Pork Lo Mein and Seafood Rice noodles. They are well prepared for large parties and banquets as I have hosted our PhillyMINI car club for Chinese New Year dinners!

They call this sushi? The rice was gummy and mushy. Spicy tuna roll was a piece of tuna and very little spice. If you're going to get their lunch special, forget it -- go to Taste Queen on York Road. You'll pay a few bucks extra, but you'll get quality sushi!!

Four of us for lunch on a Saturday. It was pretty quiet, like maybe 2 other tables filled. Three of us got lunch specials and 1 of us got the sushi special. I think everyone was generally pleased with their meals. Not as many vegetarian options as we would have preferred. Complimentary noodles and tea to start. The kung pao chicken was pretty tasty and filling.

I will give this place 5 stars because it is on my 10 best restaurant list in the vicinity, that I have compiled. My family and I love Asian Taste and we have been coming regularly for years. Food is always fresh and good! My favorite is general chicken and shrimp, and chicken in a pot is great if you are health conscience. We love their sushi! As some other sushi restaurants have gotten worse as time goes on, Asian Tastes sushi has gotten better and has always been the best and freshest around. I have a very sensitive stomach and know instantly if something was not fresh and I can actually say, I have never had a problem with Asian Taste!! Also everything is very consistent, from the same employees who are very friendly and caring to the same great quality of food each time and also seeing the owner there most of the time is awesome! Everything awesome down to the pot of tea! Janette

All you can eat sushi lunch special from 11a-3p Mon-Sat $12.95 per person. You pick 1-3 sushi or sushi roll items (usually come as 6 rolls each) at a time per person. We usually all order the same ones to keep it simple for the sushi maker and receive them quicker. The sushi is the best sushi compared to even pay by the piece and this is all you can eat! They will start to get heavy on the rice after you order over 40 pieces. All the entrees and dinners are fresh and delicious.

I'm beginning to find they stuff the all you can eat sushi with a lot of rice. Quality not as good as other places I'm finding.

I love going to Asian Taste Inn. I never knew it was there until a friend recommended it. The sushi is very delicious and actually worth the money, unlike a few other nearby sushi places lately. Who I guess is the owner really seems to care about the customers, he asks your name and is always very thankful and nice. Asian Taste Inn has made a really nice impression on me so far for very good sushi every time.

This is the only Chinese restaurant outside of Chinatown which we found that serves authentic delicious Chinese food. Favorite dishes (in no particular order): General Tso Chicken, Shrimp with Caramelized Walnuts and Pork Lo Mein. Their other dishes are also very good but those three dishes are standouts and no one makes it like they do. This is a family owned establishment and service is friendly. BYOB too.

Asian Taste Inn comes in at a VERY close second to Osaka when it comes to my favorite sushi places. They have sushi that Osaka does not have, but then again pretty much every sushi restaurant has their so-called "Special Rolls." My 2 absolute favorite kinds of sushi there are Sweet Potato Tempura Roll and the Tokyo Maki roll, which I believe has salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and tobiko (flying fish roe--the little tiny fish eggs) and is wrapped in pink soybean wrap as opposed to seaweed...something new but delicious :) Their Chinese food is wonderful as well and they have an All-You-Can-Eat sushi special for lunch and dinner.
